Woodbine Launches Revitalized "Total Care" Campaign for High Point Regional Health System

woodbineBrand Revitalization agency, Woodbine, and client, High Point Regional, a privately held company that provides world-class inpatient and outpatient care for North Carolina’s Triad and surrounding communities at High Point Regional and other major healthcare facilities, announce the debut of a new creative campaign in February.

Starting with magazine print ads, the campaign aims to differentiate the hospital throughout North Carolina’s Piedmont region. It does this with copy-centric ads that focus squarely on the extensive relationships High Point Regional builds with patients, and how that helps them practice the best medicine possible. The new marketing and advertising campaign will appear in outdoor, print, online and other media in the Triad and beyond.

“By getting to know our patients inside and out, we can help enrich their lives,” said Aaron Wall, Public Relations and Marketing Manager at High Point Regional. “This new campaign gets to the heart of that message.”

Moreover, the new campaign seeks to better define the company’s existing tagline, “Total Care,” as the blend of two distinct benefits: comprehensive care and compassionate care. Total Care is medical excellence, implemented with a reassuring voice, a sympathetic ear and an open heart. A commitment to Total Care shows that the doctors and staff get to know those they treat as a person first, a patient second. These vital insights allow High Point Regional to care for patients’ health, their well-being, and their life as a whole. Moving forward, “TOTAL CARE. Inside and Out.SM” will be the new message in all advertising efforts, the company’s website and other materials.

In mid-January, an internal launch event was held at the hospital, where employees and volunteers had the chance to preview the new advertising campaign and participate in the Total Care re-launch. Part of the event involved staff making their own personal button that revealed a little bit about them, showing that they are more than just a hospital employee or volunteer, they are a person with cares, emotions and opinions just like our patients.
