Mangan Holcomb Partners Promotes Robbins

manganJulie C. Robbins of Little Rock has been promoted to Associate Director of Public Relations at Arkansas marketing communications firm Mangan Holcomb Partners.

In her new role, Robbins will continue to develop and implement strategic marketing communications plans for clients such as the Department of Arkansas Heritage, Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission and Winthrop Rockefeller Institute. She will continue providing public relations counsel and support to other agency clients in the areas of media outreach, online communications and social media. In addition, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency’s public relations department. She was previously a senior public relations account executive with the agency.

An award-winning PR practitioner and journalist, Robbins joined Mangan Holcomb in 2003. She is a member of the Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and volunteers with numerous community organizations. A Crossett native, Robbins earned a degree in journalism from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro and is a former editor of the McGehee-Dermott Times-News. Prior to joining the agency, Robbins was Director of Communications at Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families.
