Talent Development 

From the highest-level agency executive to the student fresh out of high school or college considering a career in advertising, the 4A's believes it is a priority to foster a growing community of diverse, talented, and committed collection of exceptional individuals throughout the industry.

The 4A's accomplishes this goal by fostering a wide array of professional development seminars and other training programs for agency professionals at all levels, and through the promotion of advertising through its career center and other recruitment programs.

Through the 4A's Foundation, scholarships are granted to students of diverse ethnic backgrounds at post-graduate portfolio schools in an effort to increase diversity of thought and talent in agencies.

The 4A's has deepened its efforts to prepare talented students for careers in advertising, and now works with two accredited institutions to provide industry-centered preparation for such careers, for high school and beyond.

For more than 45 years, the 4A's Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS) program has been training the best and the brightest in the business.

MAIP
Since 1973, MAIP has helped jumpstart the careers of more than 2,500 Asian/Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, Black/African American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Multiracial and Multiethnic advertising professionals.

Training & Education
Throughout the year, the 4A's sponsors numerous workshops and seminars across the country that provide detailed, specific experience across all disciplines to agency professionals at all levels.
