The American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) is the national trade association representing the advertising agency business in the United States. We are a management-oriented organization that provides leadership, advocacy and guidance to the advertising community in critical areas such as agency operations, compensation, business development, talent management, government policy and technology.
Some of the common reasons agencies join the 4A’s include a desire to elevate brand reputation in the industry, a need for outside management perspective, staff training and development, or an interest in networking with other agency leaders facing similar business challenges.
