The Agency Management division provides up-to-date information and expertise on agency management, finances, and human resources concerns. The Agency Relations & Membership division provides leadership and coordination for member activities at the national, regional, and local levels. The Communications division manages 4A's publishing, media relations, public relations, and awards programs. The division also provides creative services support to the association and can consult members on public relations outreach programs. The Conferences and Events department manages 4A's national gatherings, such as Transformation 2012, and also assists in coordinating the logistics for regional workshops and interactive Webinars. The Creative Technologies division oversees the association's Web site, information systems infrastructure, social networks, and association management system (AMS) database. The 4A's Digital Initiatives division is responsible for evangelizing the emergence of new and interactive outlets across the marketing communications industry, and for overseeing the operations of Ad-ID. 4A's Diversity Programs are intended to increase the representation of multicultural professionals in the agency business to better produce advertising that reflects the changing ethnic and racial balance of the US.
Finance and Administration is the umbrella for the internal finances, information systems, investments, and human resources. The division can address questions related to agency dues and human resources. The 4A's Media Services staff, along with a solid network of more than 200 media committee members, can answer most media-related questions. Production Services supplies members with unbiased information on broadcast and print production management for more cost-efficient advertising production. 4A's Research Services provides the resources to answer members' questions about the US advertising industry, third-party industry research, and many more topics of interest. The Training, Education and Development Division oversees 4A's training and education programs as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. |
