|Laura Bartlett holds the dual role of CFO/COO and is responsible for all financial affairs and member dues and the operations and administration of the association. She oversees human resources, IT, conferences and events, the Association Management System (AMS) and 4A's Benefits. |
Prior to joining the 4A's in 2008, she was with Draftfcb for 14 years, serving as executive vice president, where she was responsible for global corporate development, including M&A. Laura served as Foote Cone and Belding Worldwide CFO and CFO for the company's New York agency. She established a worldwide financial function, independent of the True North holding company, to manage and report on the global network.
Laura has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, having held financial leadership positions at Ogilvy & Mather and Nelson Communications. She began her career at Johnson & Johnson and was a key member of the team charged with re-launching the Tylenol brand after the poisoning incident in 1982, as well as forecasting and monitoring the $125 million cost of the crisis and re-launch.
Laura is a graduate of Drexel University and completed an MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is active in her church and does volunteer work with elders. She also serves on the Board of Gilda's Club NYC. Laura resides with her husband and triplet stepsons in Connecticut.
