Prior to joining the 4A's, Singleton led the human resources and diversity efforts at JWT, where she established a formalized human capital business unit to effectively manage and support 800 employees. As an award-winning business leader with more than 20 years of experience, she has worked in advertising, financial services, fitness and entertainment and real estate development. She has held positions with Crunch Fitness International, Bloomberg L.P., CIT/Credit Finance, United Media, Chase Manhattan Bank and Ambassador Construction.
Singleton holds a BA and MS degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has received numerous Human Resources and Leadership Development certifications. She is married and resides in New Jersey with her husband and son.
