Alison Fahey

Chief Marketing Officer

Alison Fahey became the first Chief Marketing Officer for the 4A’s in March of 2014. In this newly created position, she draws on her extensive knowledge of the advertising industry and her many years of experience as a journalist to create new opportunities for the organization to engage with and deliver value to member agencies and the industry at large. Overseeing the marketing and communications team, Alison is responsible for elevating the Association’s branding and marketing, developing strategic partnerships and creating a new digital-publishing platform.

EVP, Western Region

Jerry McGee, located in the 4A's Western Region, is responsible for interacting with and providing guidance to member agencies in the region on 4A's services. He is also the creative lead for the association and works with the creative community to ensure that the 4A's provides training and support to this key constituency.

Dick O'Brien

EVP, Government Relations

Dick O'Brien, based in Washington, DC, is the 4A's principal representative to The White House, Congress and regulatory agencies.

Currently, Dick is at the helm of the 4A's efforts against the abusive practices of patent trolls and helped form the Stop Patent Abuse Now (SPAN) coalition in 2013, the first such group of advertising, marketing and commerce trades.

The 4A's Board of Directors is composed of chief executives from member agencies of all sizes and meets three times per year.
