Job Title: Creative Coordinator

Department: Creative
Reports To: Creative Manager 

Summary

Provides administrative support to Creative team

Responsibilities

• Manages departmental calendars
• Ensures timely submission of departmental timesheets
• Completes and submits all appropriate expense reports for reimbursement
• Complies to quality standards for the team as set forth by the department
• Works with supervisor to foster innovative solutions
• Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances
• Responsible for timely submissions of awards show applications

Tasks

• Ensures timely submission of departmental timesheets
• Coordinates and schedules departmental travel arrangements
• Completes and submits all appropriate expense reports for reimbursement
• Ensures proper departmental scheduling (vacations, holidays etc.)
• Submits and tracks purchase orders
• Participates in Creative Team meetings as needed
• Keeps supervisor apprised of the status of work
• Prioritizes tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines
• Reviews and advises Creative Manager of portfolios of potential freelancers and staff candidates
• Works closely with the Creative Manager and HR to hire freelancers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer literate
• Team player
• Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience preferred
