REPORTS TO: Director of Creative Services
POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Traffic Manager acts as liaison between Account Service and Creative to facilitate workflow.
Has a good working knowledge of creative and production functions so that accurate timelines can be set for jobs.
Supervises the Proofreader and department assistants.
Assists employees with procedures relating to traffic and production.
Tracks the art supply yearly budget.
Conducts daily Traffic/Production meetings.
Schedules time commitments.
Tracks jobs through the agency.
Routes jobs for internal approvals.
Supports the art production and print buying functions.
