SAG-AFTRA Materials re Ad-ID Compliance and Electronic Reporting 

As you may be aware, April 1, 2014 was the effective date for signatories to the 2013 SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract and the 2013 SAG-AFTRA Radio Recorded Commercials Contract (the “Contracts”) to ensure compliance with the requirement for the use of Ad-ID as well as the requirement for electronic reporting.

SAG-AFTRA has issued a letter to all signatories to the Contracts providing additional information regarding the union’s rights of enforcement in regard to these requirements.
