Before entering the agency finance world, Alana worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young. This experience, combined with two subsequent years as a entrepreneur within the service-based business, provided her with an incredible foundation of knowledge for how agency finances need to be planned for and managed. As the Finance Director of Noise, Alana oversaw financial planning, analysis, and reporting into The Engine Group and subsequently, Lake Capital. At Optimization Partners, she helps set client budgets, manages cash flow, and provides insights from data that helps owners make much better and informed decisions.
