Agency 2020: The Value of Agencies as Idea Creators 

In 2013, the 4A's commissioned Effective Brands to conduct a survey among its members to unleash the value of agencies as idea creation resources and to determine what a successful agency would look like in 2020.

Those findings were presented by Marc de Swaan Arons, founder of Effective Brands during the 4A’s Transformation Conference on March 17.
