Behavioral Economics is a hot topic in the marketing communications industry. Not only can it help agencies better predict what drives consumer behavior, it can provide a specific model.

On December 2, 2010, the 4A's launched its new series of Inspiration Webinars with "Small Change, Big Difference," which looked to turn the theory of Behavioral Economics into practice. Learn how Behavioral Economics work and explore ways to apply them to your own clients and customers. Presenter Richard Storey showed how applying the principles of behavioral economics allow small changes to make a big difference to consumer behavior.

Richard Storey is Chief Strategy Officer of M&C Saatchi. He has more than 20 years experience as a strategic planner on clients ranging from British Airways and Mandarin Oriental to the UK, Australian and US governments. Based in London, his planning has won numerous awards around the world, including Jay Chiat Awards for Strategic Excellence.
