About the Speakers
Alan Brown
is Executive Vice President of Worldwide Media for Active and is responsible for a global team of media specialists who place electronic media for the company’s worldwide client base. With more than 28 years of media experience at Active, as well as at Admerex (Advertising Merchandise Exchange), Alan has created long-standing relationships with the media community and has been instrumental in developing trading products that have become the industry standard.

Jim Porçarelli is Chief Strategy Officer of Active International, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to help Active and its clients grow their business. With nearly 25 years of advertising and strategic marketing experience from agencies such MediaCom and the former DMB&B (now Publicis), Jim brings a deep understanding of the solutions clients need to extend their brand and reach their target audience.

Richard E. Vendig is Active International's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Secretary. Richard oversees the global financial and administrative operations at the Company, and maintains oversight responsibility for risk management, treasury and financial modeling of Active's businesses and all administrative support functions. With more than 35 years financial operations experience with companies such as Grey Advertising, Katz Media Group, Inc., CBI Holding Company, and Ernst & Young, as well as, Board experience serving as a member and the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Curtis Instruments Inc. and as a Board member of British American Business, Richard has an extensive understanding, experience and knowledge of the financial needs of leading corporations.
