We at Colle+McVoy helped Cub Cadet launch a new riding lawn mower with a very distinct point of difference—one that we needed to uniquely convey.

The new lineup of Cub Cadet PRO Z commercial riding mowers has the only Triple 7-gauge deck on the market, making it the thickest, strongest steel deck in the industry. This is a feature landscapers say is one of the most important because their mowers need to handle all the crap they cover (rocks, tall weeds, small trees, etc.)—and be durable enough to endure the long haul. To get the point across about this seriously strong and durable deck, we built our new product press release out of Triple 7-gauge steel. It weighs in at a whopping 14 pounds, 13 ounces, measures 8-1/2” x 11” and is 5/8-inch thick. This press release-on-steroids was shipped in a custom crate with a crowbar, too.
