Learn to apply tried-and-true principles that executive coaches use to guide their clients in this interactive session. Participants will learn to ask questions in the right way to help their team members make good decisions, improve their performance, and increase accountability. They will understand how to ditch “S.M.A.R.T.” goals for “S.M.A.R.T.E.R.” ones. And they will practice how to notice and name behaviors that emerge as barriers to their team members’ goal achievement.
