MediaCom today announced that Sarah Leach has joined the agency in the newly created position of Managing Partner, Director of Strategy, MediaCom US.
In this role, Leach will oversee the development of MediaCom’s communications and strategic planning practice. She will also work in partnership with Jeff Totaro, Director of Strategy, MediaCom North America, to ensure that MediaCom maintains a leadership position within the industry on communications and media planning issues and challenges. She will report to Euan Jarvie, Chief Operating Officer, MediaCom US.

Prior to this position, Leach worked with MediaCom overseas, most recently in a change management role with the South African office. Prior to this, she led several major accounts at MediaCom UK including Wrigley’s, Nokia, Skoda, Muller Yogurts and Sky TV Networks.
Before joining MediaCom in 2004, Leach worked for PHD in London, providing strategic and marketing direction primarily for media businesses, including the BBC, UKTV and the Guardian/Observer. She started her media career as a press buyer at Zenith Media, London.
Leach is a BA Honors graduate of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.
