Draftfcb Chicago today announced that the agency has welcomed back industry veteran Sarah Montague to help lead its Volkswagen account as SVP, group management director. Montague, who previously worked with FCB in the late 1990s and early 2000s as a senior account director, will report to Dasher Lowe, SVP, group management director. Draftfcb was awarded Volkswagen’s CRM business in the U.S. in February following a review.
Most recently, Montague was with TargetCom LLC, part of the MDC Partners Network, where she was director of client services working with clients such as U.S. Cellular, Best Buy/Geek Squad, Discover and HumanaOne.

Montague’s experience in the automotive space includes work at Brann Worldwide where she led the Fiat U.K. account, working to improve the consumer purchase experience and increasing repeat purchase rates.
She is a graduate of the U.K. Institute of Direct Marketing, where she earned a degree in European Business Administration.
