Draftfcb Chicago Named Among the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in Chicago for Fifth Straight Year

DraftfcbFor the fifth consecutive year, Draftfcb has been selected as one of the "101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" in the Chicagoland area by The National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The agency was honored during an award ceremony held yesterday in Oak Brook, IL.

Each year, the NABR celebrates industry-leading companies in the Chicagoland area that recognize employees as their greatest asset. Companies named to the "Best and Brightest" list are selected following a rigorous evaluation process that includes an initial survey, and anonymous employee surveys.

“It’s always an honor to be recognized as a great place to work, but to be repeatedly celebrated as one of Chicago’s best workplaces for five straight years is something special,” said Mark Modesto, President of Draftfcb North America. “This recognition is truly a reflection of our employees who all make Draftfcb a vibrant, collaborative place to work. Their energy, commitment and dedication make our agency what it is today.”

This is the third great workplace distinction for Draftfcb this year.

In April, the agency was voted the best place to work in Chicago in a Crain’s Chicago Business Readers’ Choice poll. In May, Draftfcb was once again named one of the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” by The Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, the Illinois Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers and The Business Ledger.
