Katie Culpepper of Owensville (Saline County) has joined Arkansas advertising agency Mangan Holcomb Partners as a creative copywriter.

Culpepper completed a copywriting internship at Mangan Holcomb in May, where her work contributed to a proposed advertising campaign for the Arkansas Delta Byways Tourism Association. She also worked with senior copywriters on campaigns for the Department of Arkansas Heritage, Greenway Equipment, Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, Metropolitan National Bank and Via Christi Health.

Prior to joining Mangan Holcomb, Culpepper also completed internships at another Little Rock advertising agency and at the Arkansas Educational Television Network. She is a summa cum laude Honors College graduate of the University of Central Arkansas at Conway with a degree in marketing. While at UCA, Culpepper was a six-time President’s List honoree and was named the 2010 UCA College of Business Marketing Student of the Year. She also studied abroad at the Universidad de León in Spain. She is the daughter of Angela and Mark Culpepper of Owensville.
