New York City - November 19, 2012 - Lisa Donohue, CEO of Starcom USA, announced today the hire of three new senior executives on the agency's Samsung account. Based in the agency's New York City offices, all three leaders will report to Matt Rayner, executive vice president/managing director and global Starcom Team Samsung lead.
- Eric Bridge joins Starcom as a senior vice president/director on the Samsung Mobile business. In this role, he will lead all media strategy and planning, provide thought leadership, and continue to advance client relationships. Bridge was previously a media director at SapientNitro where he drove cross-functional collaboration and multi-channel expertise for clients including JP Morgan Chase, Foot Locker, ConAgra Foods and Mars.
- Tom Brookbanks joins Starcom as a senior vice president/global director leading Samsung's business-to-business activity. In this role, he will be responsible for driving strategy, innovation and account service for Samsung BtoB activity worldwide. Prior, Brookbanks served as a managing director at MEC, leading integrated teams across brands such as Accenture, Citi, Chevron, MetLife, Michelin and NetFlix.
- Jeff Liang also joins the Samsung team as a senior vice president/digital director. In this role, he will lead digital innovation, best practice, partnerships, operations and evaluation across all Samsung businesses in the US. Before, Liang led the US digital investment practice at PHD as a vice president/director, working across the agency's roster of clients.
