Muse Communications and Quantasy Combine Operations to Expand Client Services

Culver City, CA – Muse Communications, an independent multicultural advertising agency, and Quantasy, a full-service digital agency, today announced they have combined operations and resources to offer enhanced marketing and digital solutions for current and future clients.

“We have been partnering with Quantasy for several years, and I believe Muse Communications has helped incubate fresh ideas in an evolving marketplace, thanks to Quantasy,” said the Chairman and CEO of Muse Communications, Jo Muse. “We look forward to formally integrating Quantasy’s digital expertise with our traditional advertising expertise to provide an even deeper service level for our clients,” he added.

The new arrangement will bring to Muse a deeper digital expertise, including digital content and analytics, social media, targeting capabilities and enhanced ad server capabilities. These capabilities will be integrated into Muse's traditional advertising services, such as creative development and production, strategic services, and research. Clients will benefit from a greater understanding of audience segments through Quantasy’s proprietary analytics tools combined with Muse’s cultural expertise. The companies will join forces under the leadership of Shelley Yamane, Muse’s current president and Quantasy’s CEO, Will Campbell.

“This agreement will leverage Muse’s unique 25-year heritage defining the multicultural marketing space and Quantasy’s expertise in pioneering marketing techniques melding technology, entertainment, culture and advertising to create powerful brand experiences for clients,” stated Campbell.

Quantasy was born out of technology and employs digital strategists, designers, developers, software and social media experts who bring technology to life in the advertising world. The digital work teams create the right types of content for the dynamic message environments that include the Web and social media.

“The beauty of this relationship is that we are now able to offer a fully integrated service level for our combined clients,” stated Yamane. “We have developed new ways of working together that offers a deeper understanding of consumers. This of course helps us create more engaging campaigns for our clients,” she added.

“Muse’s wheelhouse has been understanding ethnic cultures and creating insights that put ideas to work,” said Campbell. “What we’re looking to do now is add a sense of innovation and technology to the traditional marketing approach to disrupt the current advertising traditions and remain at the forefront of targeting consumers.”

“This is the next evolution of our brand, where we address the challenges of a new era of advertising,” Muse said. “The technological tools Quantasy brings to the table, coupled with Muse Communications’ multicultural knowledge will allow us an even greater ability to create highly targeted, relevant marketing solutions for our clients,” he added.
