Los Angeles, CA (August 1, 2013) – Effective immediately, media communications agency Starcom USA has welcomed two new executives to its Los Angeles office. Christine Bradt joins as senior vice president/director overseeing the agency’s Mattel business, which includes iconic brands such as Barbie and Hot Wheels. In addition, Stacy Karabuykov will now serve as vice president/activation director overseeing national buying for clients including Del Monte, CBS Films, ABC Cable Network Group and Universal Orlando Resort. Both Bradt and Karabuykov report into Starcom Los Angeles President Kathy Ring.
Bradt comes to Starcom from integrated marketing communications agency Mullen in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she served as senior vice president/director of connectivity planning and strategy. During her time there, she oversaw connectivity planning and strategic service initiatives across digital, search, social and analytics for many clients including McGraw Hill Financial, LaQuinta Inns & Suites, TJ Maxx, Wachovia and more. Prior to joining Mullen in 1997 as a media supervisor, Bradt spent time at TBWA Chiat/Day and The Media Edge.
Prior to Starcom, Karabuykov was director of media consolidation at Innocean in Huntington Beach, California where she developed and implemented integrated marketing and consolidated buying strategies for video across all platforms for Hyundai and Kia Motors. Prior, she worked at Carat as an associate group director managing national broadcast, cable and syndication for clients including New Line Cinema, Eidos Video Games, Jack in the Box, Jenny Craig and more.
