Through the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP), 107 talented multicultural interns have become immersed in the advertising agency business via internships at 4A’s member agencies this summer. The 4A’s MAIP Diversity Career Fair provides member agencies with the first opportunity to recruit the latest MAIP class.
About MAIP
MAIP was established in 1973 by the 4A’s to encourage students of color to consider advertising as a career. Each year, between 100 and 150 qualified undergraduate and graduate students of color are selected for a 10-week paid summer internship at 4A’s member agencies across the country. The career fair marks the conclusion of the summer program.
