The Agency Relations & Membership division provides leadership and coordination for member activities at the national, regional, and local levels. The division oversees a number of programs and activities for the association, including regional and council activities; the Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS); workshops and seminars; membership administration; member visits, and Services for New Agencies (SFNA).
