Nancy Hill, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the 4A's since 2008, has guided the association's transformation to provide leadership, advocacy and guidance to the advertising community on issues such as patent trolling, online privacy and interest-based advertising, compensation and talent. She has personally led the 4A's work on diversity including recruitment, talent development and media buying guidelines.

Jerry McGee

EVP, Western Region

Jerry McGee, located in the 4A's Western Region, is responsible for interacting with and providing guidance to member agencies in the region on 4A's services. He is also the creative lead for the association and works with the creative community to ensure that the 4A's provides training and support to this key constituency.

Dick O'Brien

EVP, Government Relations

Dick O'Brien, based in Washington, DC, is the 4A's principal representative to The White House, Congress and regulatory agencies.

Currently, Dick is at the helm of the 4A's efforts against the abusive practices of patent trolls and helped form the Stop Patent Abuse Now (SPAN) coalition in 2013, the first such group of advertising, marketing and commerce trades.

Adam Prus heads 4A's Benefits, which designs and manages insurance and benefits programs exclusively for 4A's members. His responsibilities include leading all 4A's Benefits businesses, including Retirement Plan Services, Workers Compensation and Group Insurance Programs.

Jennifer oversees the agency relations team, training and education, and the annual Strategy Festival. Her focus is on ensuring that the 750+ 4A's member agency brands are connected to the advertising community in the ways most relevant to them, whether it's joining a committee, council or forum, participating in a training seminar, or attending a national conference.

Bill Tucker is new to the 4A's and serves as the association's central liaison with the media community as well as overseeing all of the 4A's media committees and task forces. In addition, he develops strategic partnerships for 4A's signature events including the annual Transformation Conference and other initiatives, as well as providing data and analytic expertise to the association and its members.
