The 4A’s announces that Courtney Cotrupe, president of Partners + Napier, has been named chair of the NY State Council. She succeeds Bill Murtha, recently retired CEO of Roberts Communications, which was acquired by Partners + Napier in October 2017.

Advertising executive Britton Rollins has been appointed Managing Director for integrated marketing consultancy, Brand Cool. Brand Cool is a division of independent media agency, Butler/Till headquartered in Rochester, NY.
