Telephone installations, changes, and repairs; Operation and maintenance of copy machine/s and offset printing services; Smooth operation of mailroom and messenger services; Upkeep and distribution of office supplies.
To secure for the agency proper assistant, clerical, mail and maintenance personnel in line with management’s objectives, who will perform their duties efficiently enough to assist the agency in making a profit.
Directs and coordinates office services and related activities including developing and supervising programs for maximum utilization of services and equipment.
Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, manages the reception area, ensuring that all visitors are appropriately announced
Provides receptionist support at the agency front desk, while answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
The Senior Receptionist (or Receptionist) greets visitors and answers the telephone in a courteous, professional manner.
Provides excellent service to all executives with regard to all travel related matters. Must possess an inherent understanding of service and should be familiar with all policies and procedures related to travel.
