To serve as the agency’s ambassador and senior statesman.
To conduct the affairs and activities of the corporation in such a manner as to assure continuing growth and profitability with fair and harmonious relationships within the corporate organization
Reporting to the Managing Partnership of the agency, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the agency in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
Directs financial and operational activities of the agency.
Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the agency.
Management and planning responsibilities for the following areas of company operations
Complete responsibility for all agency controls and operations of a division office and its client accounts. A senior officer of the agency responsible for marketing services, business development, and P&L. Top level client contact.
Directs, administers, and coordinates the external activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
Forceful leadership and management of the agency to the end that it continues to grow and gain recognition as a high-quality, successful, full-service North American marketing communications firm.
The President is responsible for developing and establishing agency policies and objectives, long-range growth planning, and approving the hiring of key personnel.
Provide leadership for the agency in terms of clients, staff, new business, and overall direction; Monitor agency profitability, operating budgets, cash flow and investments.
