The Director of Internal Print Controls functions as the overall supervisor of the Print Production, Traffic, Forwarding and Broadcast Business Departments.
The Print Buyer is responsible for controlling the flow and quality of all assigned print work through the agency to our clients, working directly with Account Service, Creative and Production.
Ensure the finest print quality is achieved within the clients’ budgets and timetables. Supervise, schedule and purchase all pre-press related materials and printing.
Works closely with all members of production to ensure on time delivery of products
Work directly with creative staff to identify and coordinate needed materials for the production of given tactics, then manage their production.
The Production Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of production within a group and leads group members toward the highest levels of production efficiency and quality.
Assist Production Director in managing all aspects of print production within the agency.

Supervises all phases from initial scheduling, estimating, reviewing projects with creative and account services, quality control development, prepress, printing, delivery and financial follow through.
To provide consistent direction and motivation to Traffic Department to successfully oversee the flow of work all products and accounts from concept development to product completion.
Acts as a liaison between Account Services and all other departments. Supervises, coordinates and ensures the on time and orderly flow of all advertising from job initiation to its release and billing. Reports to Director of Internal Print Controls.
Manages department personnel and ensures adherence to company procedures for proper trafficking, production, scheduling, and billing of advertisements.
