The 4A’s announces that Courtney Cotrupe, president of Partners + Napier, has been named chair of the NY State Council. She succeeds Bill Murtha, recently retired CEO of Roberts Communications, which was acquired by Partners + Napier in October 2017.

The American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s) and the Association of National Advertisers, Inc. (ANA) offer this position paper to use as a guideline for creating and maintaining effective advertiser and agency compensation agreements.
