American Time Use Survey

In this annual report, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics studies the average amount of time Americans spend involved in a variety of activities per day.

Activities include:

  • Engaging in leisure and sports activities.

Differences between men and women and age groups, as well as breakouts by ethnicity, income, occupation, and more are included.
