4% of Black LGBTQ consumers feel companies in the U.S. do a good job at reaching out to their community, according to a recent survey from Community Marketing & Insights, the Center for Black Equity, AARP, and other partners. Survey respondents provide strategies companies can implement, as well as media and event outreach opportunities, to better reach the Black LGBTQ community,
