Group Account Director Takes On Added Operational Duties
Rochester, NY (Sept. 18, 2017) – As the account leadership team continues to grow at Partners + Napier, the agency announced the promotion of Group Account Director Elaine Naum to Senior Vice President. She will continue to report to Managing Director Courtney Cotrupe.
“Over the years Elaine has become a go-to source for the account leadership team. She is extremely strategic and equally thoughtful about the importance of details. In fact, she sweats them because she knows how important they are,” said Cotrupe. “In addition to her valuable, business-driven points-of-view, she also has a deeply compassionate heart. Naum started at Partners + Napier in 2005 as an account supervisor on the Bausch & Lomb business. She was elected a Vice President in 2015 and promoted to group account director that same year. In addition to B&L, over the years she has worked on and grown several of the agency’s top accounts, including Delta Vacations, Friendship Dairies and BMW and MINI Financial Services.
Recently, Naum has taken on additional operational responsibility for several internal initiatives to improve workflow processes, as well as capacity planning and forecasting.
Over the course of her career, Naum has received several accolades including ADDY awards, as well as a coveted spot on the North American Effie Awards judging panel in 2017. She received a B.A. from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
