A Communication Development Program for Agency Talent

The Mastering Workplace Conversations Series provides Junior to Mid-level employees with strategies on how to best communicate their needs and viewpoints with their fellow employees and supervisors, while building a community of talent that is empowered and mature in their delivery.

The series will include 3 sessions to aid talent to best advocate for himself or herself while learning how to navigate internal relationships that impact the culture of the agency.

About the Trainers:

Working at the world’s top agencies*, Kelly Parrotto has advised bold-faced names and secured top talent at all levels. Kelly has staked her reputation on being direct—with an understanding of the way an individual personality fits within a company. Hillary Black is a co-founder of Kay & Black, a full-service Talent Management firm for the Advertising and Design Industry. Hillary has over 20 years’ experience connecting and curating the industry’s top talent at all levels for the following disciplines: Creative, Account, Strategy, Production, Creative Services. Hillary is driven by her motivation to advocate for both clients, brands, and talent alike. Always interested in building new skills, Hillary recently received her Master’s in Social Work and uses this knowledge, along with her Talent Management experience to channel the insight of human nature through career coaching, guidance, and mentorship.

 

Karen Crane is a problem solving/results oriented executive whose specialties include talent management and acquisition/retention, managing change in high-growth environments, leading turnaround situations, implementing training/development programs and driving operational efficiency. Her keen ability to build teams that elevate the creative product is an area of expertise.
Michele Prota is driven by creating employee experiences that fuel creativity. In her role as Global Chief Talent Officer at KBS, she is tasked with reimagining each touch point that existing and future employees experience with KBS. Aligned with KBS’ culture of collaboration, determination, diversity and caring, Talent’s purpose is to create an environment that allows people to do the best work of their careers.

Cancellations
A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellation. 4A’s may in rare instances, and on short notice, need to reschedule, abbreviate or even cancel a program or may need to substitute a speaker; this may be caused, for example, by severe weather or other force majeure events. We will provide the earliest notice that we are reasonably able to provide under those circumstances.
