GKV Expands Partnership with Medifast

Baltimore, MD – January 12, 2016 – GKV, one of Baltimore’s largest integrated marketing firms, is excited to announce the expansion of its great partnership with Medifast, Inc. (NYSE: MED), a leading United States manufacturer and provider of clinically proven weight-loss and healthy living products and programs. GKV took on the media planning and buying function in late 2015 and is currently executing the 2016 national media plan for Medifast. GKV will also partner with Medifast on social media strategy development and execution in 2016.

GKV was originally named Agency of Record (AOR) for Medifast in late 2014 to handle market research; strategic planning; branding; creative development, including TV, radio, print and digital; and direct response advertising.
