Hill Holliday Names Two Key Hires Scott Feyler Joins as CFO & COO Julianna Akuamoah is Named SVP, Diversity and Talent Management

July 27, 2018 (BOSTON) – In a move reflecting the agency’s commitment to operational agility and talent investment following a string of new business wins in the telecommunications, retail and healthcare industries, Hill Holliday has named Scott Feyler CFO and COO, and Julianna Akuamoah SVP of Diversity and Talent Management. The moves were announced today by Karen Kaplan, Chairman and CEO of Hill Holliday.

“As we continue to onboard new clients in a variety of industries, these are two critical areas for our agency’s future,” said Kaplan. “Making new investments in how we run and grow the agency and recruiting the talent needed to do so are part of keeping us agile and competitive.”

Feyler most recently served as managing partner, chief financial officer, and global director of operations at Arnold Worldwide, where he spent over two decades partnering with teams working with such clients as Hershey’s, Progressive Insurance and Jack Daniel’s.

“There’s simply no one better than Scott when it comes to finding efficiencies and running agency operations at the highest level,” said Kaplan. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to the family to help us realize our vision for Hill Holliday’s future success.”

Most recently Akuamoah was SVP, Talent & Operations at Allen & Gerritsen, where she led talent initiatives, recruiting and resource management; she was also a recruiter and talent manager with Match Creative in Los Angeles. She will support both Hill Holliday and Trilia, and will oversee all Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

“There’s nothing more important to any agency right now than creating a diverse, high-performance culture, and that starts with talent,” said Kaplan. “Julianna is the ideal leader to ensure our talent and diversity strategy aligns with our business goals.”
