Hi everyone! My name is Sussana Lara and I’m a recent graduate from the University of Houston, where I majored in Advertising and minored in Women’s Studies. Started out as software support specialist in a call center here in Charlotte. It was there that I was able to move formally into IT. From there I came to AAAA Benefits in 2003 as desktop support/systems tech and eventually became the IT Manager.

I used to scuba dive many years ago as I lived in South Florida for 40 years before coming to North Carolina. We moved here in 2009 to be close to our daughter and 3 grandchildren. Prior to the 4A’s Aaron worked at an emerging start-up called SportsRecruits where he oversaw and executed 50+ events a year. Aaron continued his career at Blue Buffalo managing their mobile event marketing and sponsorship program.
