In this role, you will be responsible for leading 4A’s member acquisition efforts focusing on agency membership growth. As the Director of Growth, you will utilize your expertise to develop and execute data driven member acquisition strategies that drive member growth and hit key success metrics. This individual must be a strategic thinker, capable of building and implementing sales strategies, and possess expertise in data analysis, CRM systems, and sales operations. Director, Salesforce Developer

The Director, Salesforce Development will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customization, integration, and support. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, development methodologies, and a deep understanding of the Trade Association industry. Also, this leadership role will require strong project and program management skills and the ability to manage budgets associated with IT initiatives. This candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and a proven track record of success in the Trade or Professional Association space.

Manager, CRM Database

The Nimble Database CRM Manager will be responsible for the effective management, customization, and optimization of our Nimble CRM system to support our membership management and engagement strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of Nimble CRM functionalities, data analysis, and the ability to translate member needs into actionable CRM strategies.

The Nimble AMS Database Manager will be responsible for maintaining a large database of critical records essential to the operation of our organization.  This individual will support the execution of common processes to ensure data integrity, while also collaborating closely with practice area resources in reporting, analysis, etc.  Importantly, this role will be key to the proactive engagement with our member base to track member rosters, eliminate duplicate records, and to ensure we’re able to engage with our member individuals across all the agencies we serve.

Director, Agency HR & Talent Solutions

Are you looking for a role that does not fit the mold of a traditional HR Business Partner, yet requires all the skills of one? If the answer is ‘yes’, then we have your dream job. We are seeking a Human Resources generalist to become the Director of Member HR & Talent Solutions to join the Talent, Equity & Learning Solutions team at the 4A’s. In this unique role, you will not be responsible for an employee base, nor will you be responsible for managing internal HR matters. Rather, in this pivotal role for the 4A’s you will be consulting and advising our 600+ agency members on all aspects of the talent lifecycle, HR generalist functions, processes, benefits and legal policies. Your job will be to guide them through their evolving human resources and talent needs with expert guidance and support.

VP, Partnerships, and Growth – 4A’s Foundation

The 4A’s Foundation role of Vice President of Partnerships and Growth is a hybrid position. It will require travel to 4A’s Foundation events within the tri-state area and occasionally travel outside of New York (1-3x/year).

The candidate for this role will build and foster relationships with partners, deliver the Foundation’s income/revenue goals, develop the team (with a special focus on direct reports), and oversee the MAIP (Multicultural Advertising Intern Program) Alumni community and initiatives, along with ensuring the growth and success of the Education Programs.
