4A's Members: Tell Us Your Story

It’s part of our mission to give members a platform for visibility in the marketplace.

We’re always looking for content submissions that showcase your agency’s culture, thought leadership and creative work. We’ll feature these on an ongoing basis on the Homepage and News & Views section.


We welcome the following types of content submissions.

Submitting Content

Please use the form at the bottom of this page to submit your content. We ask that any files that are a part of your submission be hosted in a single folder, preferably on a cloud-based file share such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box. Please also make sure that permissions are set to enable us access.

After submission, you will be contacted by a member of the 4A’s marketing team to confirm receipt and if there are any additional information needed.

Guidelines And Instructions For Submitting Visual Assets

All multimedia submissions must be clearly titled. Include the name of person (if headshot) or campaign.

Videos Submissions for “Agency Office and Culture Videos” and “100 Years of Advertising” Timeline

The following provides some general parameters for agency-generated videos:

Title and Description
Video submissions should be clearly titled, and should include contact information. (Note: the contact information should not be embedded in the video itself). The 4A’s may edit the description at its discretion.

Resolution and Format

Post-submission Processing
The 4A’s will typically add a title card to all videos that will serve as the introduction.

Hosting
The 4A’s will upload video submissions to its choice of hosting service. Videos will be embedded in the 4A’s website, from where they will typically be accessed.
