Adam Prus heads 4A’s Benefits, which designs and manages insurance and benefits programs exclusively for 4A’s members. His responsibilities include leading all 4A’s Benefits businesses, including Retirement Plan Services, Workers Compensation and Group Insurance Programs.
Prus’ agency experience began 18 years ago at Bronner Slosberg Humphrey (now Digitas, a unit of Publicis) as a client financial manager. He then moved to Bronner’s newly created digital shop, Strategic Interactive Group, where he was responsible for setting up internal and client financial processes and controls. Following a short period in management consulting, Prus’ became CFO and operations head of the agency startup, Modernista!, a position he held for 10 years. Over the years he has worked with clients such as General Motors, Budweiser, The Gap, Dell and FedEx.
He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he studied Economics and Quantitative Analysis. He lives in Charlotte with his wife (also an advertising veteran) and twin sons.
