Tina Allen joined 4A’s in June 2016 as SVP, People + Culture. In her role, she is responsible for leading and re-imagining the internal People and Culture function. In addition to her internal role, she leads the 4A’s National HR Committee where she collaborates with the HR/Talent leaders of our member agencies to evolve and advance the HR profession for the advertising industry.
With over 25 years’ of progressive HR experience, she provides significant expertise in Organizational Design and Development, Change Management, Learning and Development, Culture, and HR Strategy and Structure. She is most passionate about designing organizations that allow people and culture to flourish and drives the learning journey. Before joining 4A’s, Tina led her own consulting practice where she provided HR leadership to the Financial Times and Mercer Consulting Services. Before her consulting roles, Tina spent five years at Publicis Groupe’s North America Shared Services organization, where she served as VP, Learning and Development and VP, Director, HR for the Information Technology practice. She also sat on the Diversity Council of the Publicis Groupe.
Before joining Publicis, Tina served as the lead HR Business Partner and Director, HR at Scholastic, ICBC Broadcast Holdings, and Sesame Workshop. She started her career in Talent Acquisition where she held key staffing roles at JP Morgan and Reuters. In addition to crafting learning experiences for organizations, she has a knack for identifying and developing talent.
Tina resides in Westchester with her husband. She is an avid spinner, enjoys weight training, beach hopping, and traditional jazz music.
