Intouch Solutions, a full-service agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, has announced the promotion of Brent Scholz to senior vice president, executive creative director.
Since joining Intouch in 2014, Scholz has been a key player on the creative team, pitching new business and contributing to many breakthrough ideas that have propelled the agency’s business forward. In 2017, Scholz was recognized as a PM360 ELITE Creative Director for his big ideas and disruptive thinking. Most recently, as vice president, executive creative director, Scholz oversaw a diverse group of creatives on individual accounts, motivating his team to develop innovative solutions that help clients meet their goals.
In his new role as senior vice president, executive creative director, Scholz will co-lead the entire Kansas City creative department and continue to oversee a team of 17 talented designers and writers. He will also work on a variety of internal initiatives with other executive creative directors and peers across the office, ultimately helping the agency deliver on goals.
In 2017, Scholz led a groundbreaking initiative: development of the industry’s first app to employ virtual and augmented reality in the retinal disease category. Called “In My Eyes,” the app was created for Regeneron to help educate healthcare professionals, caregivers and other members of the low-vision community about how it may feel to live with certain retinal diseases. When Intouch and Regeneron launched a comprehensive direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaign, Scholz led the development of an award-winning multimedia project that featured a stop-motion-animated television commercial, plus print, paid media and more. Both projects have gained industry-wide recognition with over 40 awards and nominations.
