4A’s members believe that there is an opportunity to evolve the labor billing rate process through a transparent, efficient and mutually beneficial sharing of industry labor rate information among marketers and agencies, and by providing best practice guidance related to market-based labor rates.

This 4A’s 2015 Labor Billing Rate Survey Report, which covers actual hourly billing rates agreed upon between agencies and clients in 2014, provides robust, statistically sound labor rate information which affords the agency and advertiser communities with a sound mechanism for discussing and benchmarking market-based labor rate ranges.
