Without trust, teams won’t cooperate, creativity is stifled and effectiveness erodes. Learn to create a high-trust environment, one that fosters respect, collaboration and results.
You know what a distrustful workplace looks like: leaders who micromanage, people who gossip and talk behind each other’s backs, employees who won’t share ideas as readily, and a lower sense of accountability. In a low-trust environment, you end up with weak morale, sluggish productivity, and higher turnover – all with a dangerous impact on creativity and performance.
When you build trusting relationships between your employees, you create a culture with higher levels of collaboration and risk-taking, both critical ingredients to develop the creative and innovative ideas which are essential in advertising.
In this Driving Creativity & Collaboration in a High-Trust Environment workshop, we teach you how to best foster an environment where people know one another, embrace empathy and respect, set clear expectations, and, ultimately, collaborate to drive ideation. You’ll learn how individual accountability and others’ trust of your trust correlate. We’ll teach you ways to impact your behaviors on building or eroding trust, and tools to help build and maintain trusting relationships.
By the end of this session, you will have an understanding of how your individual actions contribute to the overall trust culture and methods to grow and develop trust with those around you, all in the name of fostering greater respect, collaboration, creativity and results.
