R/GA Health to expand brand design and innovation work to the growing healthcare space
R/GA is pleased to announce that Jacqueline Lovelock has joined the company as Managing Director, Healthcare. Jacqueline will be responsible for shaping R/GA’s healthcare practice, an evolution of the company’s industry-leading and highly awarded brand and consulting business. She will guide their transformational work with AdventHealth, Cigna, and Evernorth, amongst others.
Jacqueline has spent over half of the last decade in the healthcare industry. In her role at R/GA, she will focus on creating technology-led solutions to transform how modern healthcare brands connect with customers. Jacqueline will use her deep understanding of the healthcare landscape to build products and services that mutually solve the industry’s biggest challenges and provide utility and meaning to users.

The formation of R/GA’s Healthcare practice comes after a series of consulting and brand design innovation work within the industry, most recently with Evernorth, a health services brand designed to unlock potential for businesses and employees through the belief that health makes progress possible. Additionally, R/GA recently partnered with AdventHealth to redefine primary care through the development of Care Advocacy, a service that extends a provider’s ability to support patients on a continuous basis.
Prior to joining R/GA, Jacqueline served as the SVP, Strategic Planning Director at FCB Health and the SVP Experience Strategy at McCann Health. She has worked in London, Sydney, and New York and has a BA degree from the University of Canberra in Australia. Jacqueline began her career in brand consultancy, where she managed brand positioning, reputation management, and creative development. She later coupled this core expertise with a focus on behavioral and cultural data to enter the marketing space and create actionable strategies for clients.
