Description

The 4A’s Strategy Intelligence & Insight Coordinator/Administrator will be a key member of the overall team. This individual will provide support that will aid other team members in providing in-depth leadership, insight, and guidance to our member agencies and partners.

This role reports to the EVP, Strategy, Insight & Innovation

Responsibilities:

  • Assist EVPs/SVPs as needed with:
    • Calendar management
    • Expense reporting
    • Travel arrangements
    • Powerpoint presentation formatting/design
  • Webinar & Committee Meeting responsibilities
    • Prepare meeting invites (Zoom and in-person) and attendance reports
    • Materials preparation and distribution
  • Member communications responsibilities
    • Maintain and utilize email distribution lists
    • Collect and investigate mailing list bouncebacks
    • Update information as necessary in NetForum (association management platform)
    • Assist in the development of quarterly Accounts in Review reports
  • Coordinate with the 4A’s MarComms team on various projects using ASANA (project management tool)
  • Assist in BI&I newsletter topic aggregation
  • Member survey support responsibilities
    • Manage member access through PowerBI online portal
    • Provide member access and report distribution management through digital tool – LockLizard
    • Work with Survey Manager on data input, uploads and report quality assurance through Qualtrics (Survey Platform)
    • Maintain and update scheduled agency members surveys

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Google Workspace
    • Zoom
  • Added Proficiencies a Plus:
    • Asana Project Management Platform
    • Qualtrics Survey Platform
    • NetForum Member Association Management Platform
    • Salesforce Nimble Association Management Platform (will be replacing NetForum)
    • PowerBI Data Visualization Platform

Qualifications & Position Requirements:

    • Minimum five years’ experience in fast-paced support/administrative position
    • Maintain a work ethic that mirrors organization’s culture and values
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
