What Marketers Want: Five Strategic Opportunities for 2018

Rakuten Marketing surveyed over 1,000 marketers from the US, UK, France, Germany, and Asia-Pacific. This resulted in the establishment of four modern marketer profiles — Advancers, Advocates, Adapters, and Architects. The findings revealed five marketing opportunities and fears for 2018 centered around wasted advertising dollars, going global, short-term concerns, video advertising, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
