archer>malmo wins two “Best of” and nine gold awards at the 2014 Memphis ADDY Awards 

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (Feb. 24, 2014) – archer >malmo was recognized at the American Advertising Federation--Memphis annual ADDY Awards Feb. 22, receiving the most total awards, including two “Best of” awards, nine Gold ADDYs and 24 Silver ADDYs.

The agency won “Best of Nontraditional Advertising” for its “Empty Nest” campaign for the Memphis Redbirds and “Best of Radio” for its “I Don’t Know” campaign for Southland Park Gaming & Racing. Gold Awards were also received for the following campaigns:

    Consumer or Trade Publication - Spread: Valent USA — “Fierce”
    Integrated Campaign – Cross Platform: Southland Park Gaming & Racing —“I Don’t Know”
    Advertising for the Arts & Sciences: AIA Memphis —“Celebration of Architecture Invitation”
    Public Service – Audio/Visual:  Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis —“With/Without You – ‘Kayla’”
    Public Service – Integrated Campaign:  Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis —“Capital Campaign”
    Elements of Advertising – Illustration:  Bikesploitation
    Elements of Advertising – Illustration Campaign:  Bikesploitation Campaign

The agency’s Silver awards covered a wide range of the agency’s clients, including Southland Park Gaming & Racing, AIA Memphis, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis, Quire and Nibletz.

Every year, the American Advertising Federation holds local awards ceremonies across the country to recognize the finest work in advertising. The local Memphis awards are the first in a three-step process, followed by the District 7 awards in April and the American Advertising Awards in June.
